Hawkes Bay Wine

This is something I recommend to every one - Wine tasting.

The principle is nice an straight forward. You turn up and smile at the person behind a big selection of bottles who then in turn gives you lots of free wine.

We visited the Mission winery and Church Road winery and sampled six wines at each. By the time we made it to the second winery it was starting to hit us. This was apparent by the fact that we were standing there sniffing and looking at the wine and 'tasting' the pear, wood chips and summer breeze.

For the record - the 2004 Mission Chardonnay wine is worth a drink.
